INGREDIENTS

 

1 1/2 oz Mezcal

¾ oz Cocchii Americano

¾ oz Dry Curacao Liqueur   

1/4 oz Simple Syrup (1:1 Ratio, Sugar : Water)

1/8 oz Absinthe

Orange Peel

 TOOLS NEEDED

            

   INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine Mezcal, Cocchi Americano, dry Curacao liqueur, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and absinthe in Boston Shaker.
  2. Add ice, shake well.
  3. Strain into chilled martini glass.
  4. Cut an orange peel and flame over glass.
  5. Place peel decoratively.
