2 oz Bourbon

1/4 oz Ginger Liqueur

3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

10 Mint Leaves

1/4 oz Honey Syrup
*Dilute honey with equal volume of warm water and stir until fully dissolved




  1. Place mint, honey syrup, and lemon juice in smash cup.
  2. Gently muddle.
  3. Add Spirits, fill with crushed ice and top with julep strainer and mint.
