1 1/2 oz Gin

1/2 oz Yellow Chartreuse

3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

Dry Sparkling Wine

Fresh Rosemary Sprig




  1. Combine gin, chartreuse, lemon and simple syrup in a Boston shaker with ice.
  2. Gently shake and strain into Collins glass full of ice.
  3. Top with sparkling wine.
  4. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs.
