Matthew D. Broad Appointed as New CEO
for Fortessa Tableware Solutions

Ashburn, VA April 10, 2025 – Fortessa Tableware Solutions (FTS) is proud to announce the appointment of Matt Broad as its new CEO and President.

With more than 30 years of experience in the tableware and hospitality industry, and a relationship with FTS dating back to 1995, Matt brings a deep understanding of the company’s heritage and vision. He has held several key leadership roles, most recently serving as Chief Revenue Officer, where he oversaw global sales and marketing across Commercial Foodservice, Consumer Products, Export, and Digital, along with Product Development and Branding.

Reflecting on his new role, Matt said, “It’s an honor to take on this role. The circumstances under which I assume the CEO role are very much tied to my desire to honor my friend and colleague Jeff Smith. Jeff was one of a kind, and his shoes are simply unfillable. During his tenure, Matt has played a central role in unifying Fortessa Tableware Solutions’ Commercial and Consumer operations, expanding its global presence in South America, Europe, and Asia, and deepening strategic alignment across international teams.
