Los Muertos
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Mezcal
- ¾ oz Cocchii Americano
- ¾ oz Dry Curacao Liquor
- ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- ¼ oz Simple Syrup (1: 1 Ratio, Sugar: Water)
- 1/8 oz Absinthe
Tools Needed
- Boston Shaker
- Hawthorne Strainer
- Jigger
- Ice Scoop
- Ice Bucket
- Peeler
- Bar Knife
- Bar Board
- Martini glass
Instructions
- Combine Mezcal, Cocchi Americano, dry Curacao liqueur, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and absinthe in Boston Shaker.
- Add ice. Shake well.
- Strain into chilled Martini glass.
- Cut an orange peel and flame over glass.
- Place peel decoratively.
