Los Muertos

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Mezcal
  • ¾ oz Cocchii Americano
  • ¾ oz Dry Curacao Liquor
  • ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ¼ oz Simple Syrup (1: 1 Ratio, Sugar: Water)
  • 1/8 oz Absinthe

Tools Needed

  • Boston Shaker
  • Hawthorne Strainer
  • Jigger
  • Ice Scoop
  • Ice Bucket
  • Peeler
  • Bar Knife
  • Bar Board
  • Martini glass

Instructions

  1. Combine Mezcal, Cocchi Americano, dry Curacao liqueur, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and absinthe in Boston Shaker.
  2. Add ice. Shake well.
  3. Strain into chilled Martini glass.
  4. Cut an orange peel and flame over glass.
  5. Place peel decoratively.
