Prospector's Smash
Ingredients
- 2 oz Bourbon
- ¼ oz ginger liquor
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz honey syrup
- 10 mint leaves
Tools Needed
- Smash Cup
- Jigger
- Muddler
- Julep Strainer
Instructions
- Place mint, honey syrup, and lemon juice in smash cup.
- Gently muddle.
- Add spirits, fill with crushed ice and top with julep strainer and mint.
